The 30% charge will apply. Custom orders to bespoke specifications cannot be returned\/refunded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"header red spaced\">Price and Payment<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prices are subject to VAT and delivery charges.<\/li>\n<li>Credit card payments of outstanding accounts or values over \u00a31000 maybe refused or subject a service charge of 3%.<\/li>\n<li>Overdue credit accounts maybe subject to a charge of 5% per annum.<\/li>\n<li>Goods remain the property of Sedna until paid for in full.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"header red spaced\">Warranty<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We warrant that the goods will correspond with the specification and will be free from defects caused by faulty materials or workmanship for a period of one year, unless otherwise stated in the relevant product specification.<\/li>\n<li>We do not warrant that goods will be fit for any purpose.
